These expensive properties are lavish, to say the least and will certainly never seize to amaze. 1. South Mumbai, ‘Antilia’

It won’t be a challenge to spot Mumbai’s newest landmark. The twenty-seven floor personal home in South Mumbai belongs to businessman Mukesh Ambani, the billionaire Chairman of Reliance Industries and is immaculate enough to make estate agents Bayswater green with envy. This expensive property is nicknamed the ‘Taj Mahal of the 21^st Century’. It is thought to be the World’s most expensive property with 600 permanent staff needed to maintain the residence. A slight overkill? Maybe so, but if you have the cash to waste, then why not. With a net worth of $1 Billion the expensive property will have:

• Parking space for 168 cars
• A one-floor vehicle maintenance facility
• 9 elevators in the lobby
• 1 helipad and an air traffic control facility
• Health spa, yoga studio, small theatre with a seating capacity for 50 on the eighth floor, multiple swimming pools, three floors of hanging gardens, and a ballroom
• An ice room infused with man-made snow flurries

2. ‘One Hyde Park: The Penthouse’ London

One Hyde Park is actually a complex that includes a total of 3 retail units and 86 residentialproperties with a starting price of around £20 million. However, the Penthouse Suite of the complex comes second on the world’s most expensive properties largely because of its premium location, topping the bill with a worth of around $200 million.

Ask any Central London estate agents about the league of celebrities and power houses currently occupying this expensive property, they include Kylie Minogue and Vladimir Kim.
